We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and even offering us a drink of our choice on the balcony. The mountain views from our room were breathtaking, truly adding to the magical atmosphere of the location. The hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch, with robes and flip flops provided for our convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the luxurious Bulgari toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Had a great Easter break with my family at a hotel in the mountains. Enjoyed the beautiful and luxurious surroundings, and the opportunity to go hiking with breathtaking views. The hotel's buffet lunch and 5 course dinner were delicious and offered a good variety of both local and international cuisine. The spa was a real treat with a range of treatments on offer, and a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool.
The service was unreliable and not very friendly. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel is nestled in a truly magical area, surrounded by beautiful mountains and flowing rivers, providing stunning views from the rooms. the rooms themselves are comfortable and spacious, with state, of, the, art amenities. the service at the hotel is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff members who make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including delicious hot dishes and fresh fruits. the facilities, such as the gym and spa, are top, notch and provide the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The towels provided in the rooms are of poor quality, often falling apart and in need of replacement.

The spa treatments were great value for money. the hotel provided maps for hiking and biking, and there were plenty of outdoor activities in the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good variety of options.
The room was small, and we found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. We were charged extra fees for our child, and the food was overpriced and not tasty.
